Q. Which is the right supplement for me?
Answer: It is easy to get lost in the wealth of information on the market about which supplements you should take, so we have made an easy Health Supplements Guide to give you a few indications as to which of our products may help you.
Q. Do you have Organic Health Supplements?
Answer: Yes, we do. The supplements that make up our Organic Food Supplements range contain 100% organic agricultural ingredients that are grown to the highest organic standards. We have a comprehensive range of organic products, which includes food supplements, food-based powders, superfruits, superfoods, multi-nutrient blends and alkalising formulas. All of the products in our Organic range have been certified by the Soil Association.
Q. Do you cater for Vegetarians and Vegans?
Answer: Yes, we do. The supplements that make up our Vegetarian and Vegan Supplements range are designed to support a wide variety of health goals, including everything from digestive health, body detox and nutrient intake, to strong immunity, energy levels, a well-balanced diet and all other aspects of a healthy body and lifestyle.
Q. What about Food Allergies?
Answer: We know it can be a minefield when you have a food allergy to consider. Many of our products are allergen free and we clearly state all the ingredients and have an Allergens tab so you can be 100% sure you have the right product for you.
Q. Does the information on this site replace medical advice?
Answer: Definitely not! Always seek medical advice before taking any supplements or changing your diet. The information on this website is designed as information only. There can be many natural products which can have contraindications (problems!) when taken by people with certain health conditions or taking certain medications.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Answer: You will receive an email confirming when your order has been confirmed and shipped. Orders are shipped out either by Royal Mail 2nd class post, 2nd class Recorded Delivery or by courier (Interlink), depending on the value and weight (and at our discretion). Q. Can I cancel my order and do you accept returns?
Answer: We are confident this won’t happen but should you need to return a product please visit our Returns page for more information or email us on email@example.com for advice.
